Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payments Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon our receipt of a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount. This deposit secures your event date and is applied toward the final balance. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled event date. Payment Methods: We accept payment via Debit/credit, interact transfer, Googlepay. Late Payment: A late fee of $100 will apply if the balance is not paid by the due date. We reserve the right to cancel your booking for non-payment. We understand that plans can change. Cancellation by You: Cancellations made 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund of any payments made, excluding the deposit. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel the booking in cases of force majeure, illness, or equipment failure. In such cases, we will refund all payments made. Service Delivery Setup and Breakdown: We require access to the venue one and a half hours before and after the event for setup and breakdown. Space Requirements: You must provide adequate space, power, and internet access if required for the photobooth. Supervision: Our staff will supervise the photobooth operation unless otherwise arranged.
